evening all.

last year i brought 2 cars which were associated with Ken Myers which i have since decided to pass on, hopefully to a member who will get the cars back to mint condition and use them.
my plans have changed hence the sale
Sprint FHC brought at Bonhams sale 2nd September Beaulieu lot 617
if you go on the bonhams site you can see the auction results and full details of the car.
will sell at same price to a member
incredibly original but could benefit from a paint job never been restored

Plus 2 JPS first of the line confirmed by Andy graham
Kens demonstrater
tatty in places but very original and never been restored needs paint and interior tidying
14500.00 the price i paid

for that kind of money, you'd think they'd be able to clean up the engine bay a bit?

I think cars look better if they are left in as found condition, it's more honest so a potential purchaser can see precisely what they are buying.

Is the Sprint fhc the car that Ken Meyers bought from the factory as a kit and then stored for a few years before building it?

really sorry to everybody that expressed interest but have changed my mind and have asked Neil to restore both cars which was my original plan.

the Jochen Rindt S4 is nearly finished and will post pictures,

Great colour on the Rindt car Derek - thanks for helping me with that, mine is nearly finished too.

Just out of interest, I nearly had that JPS Plus 2 before you got it. Seller was 'challenging', to say the least !

The colour is Royal Blue, Lotus code LO 9, only available from Oct 68 - Oct 70.
