Claims all sorts of fancy engine: billet crank, dry sump, huge Webers and "must be big valve" but looks like a standard early engine (cam cover anyway) with original exhaust manifold, dynamo and radiator! Flared wheel arches and lack of windscreen and door accessories makes it unsuitable for a road car but only $22,000. Odd.

I'm pretty sure it's an autocross car, running in a "prepared" or "modified" class, depending on local rules.
There is no cure for Lotus, only treatment.
