Any body stateside recognise this car?

Afternoon,
Im just trying to see if anybody stateside recognises this car or the previous owner. Its a 1966 coupe , right hand drive so it might have stood out slightly. I beleive it was owned by a Mr. Richard A Pitkin of Manchester CT , who had sadly passed away, then possibly to his brother then onto Blackstone Motorcars where I saw it online. It had the plate number 185 AMU issued to it in 1981 in the US.
I re imported it back in 2018 ,in a completely dismantled state and im going to start the rebuild next year.
Any information would be greatfully received!

Sorry, Phil. The only note I have against that car is what you said about it back in December 2018, just after you had bought it!
Might be worth trying some of the US Lotus clubs, to see if they have any record of it belonging to a past member?
