Hi,
Mono-ethylene glycol based antifreeze, the blue stuff. 50/50 with de-ionised water.

Cheers

As above, I always use de-ionised water, 50/50 with Bluecol anti-freeze.
I used it for years in my Elan, and also my Alfa Twincams.

What’s the view on using OAT antifreeze in a twin cam?

If you have copper and solder in your coolant system then I would stick to the Green non OAT antifreeze. If you have replaced the radiater and heater with aluminum cores then you could use OAT if you wanted to. Whatever you use make sure you change it regulalrly.
