S1, S2 Hardtop

There have been a few guys looking for Hardtops recently and I have a quite nice one, although I’m not sure if it’s original or aftermarket, and I had some thoughts about making a mold and reverse engineering to be able to make a run of new Hardtops. I’m just not sure if there is sufficient interest.
The new parts could be gelcoat (colors TBD) or sandable primer, they could be Glass fiber or Carbon fiber for those that want really light weight.
If there is sufficient interest, I’ll do the work to put the numbers together and see if it can at least break even.
Thanks,
Ian

Ian, I'd be interested in one for an S4, but I think they are quite a bit different.

Hi James,
I had a S2 top that I thought I might take a mold, but somebody was in need of a top and I received no signs of interest so I let it go.
