Window surrounds, +2 and S4 compatibility.

I need to get my window surrounds re-re-chromed as the initial job was not quite good enough.
But have found a +2 frame priced less than another re-chrome.
Are they the same? ie interchangable?

Should have said my car is a 1972 sprint and plan is to be restored to near concourse.

No completely different frames and mechanisms.
'73 +2 130/5 RHD, now on the road and very slowly rolling though a "restoration"

Bit of a drag to take it to UHW isn’t it?
FHC and DHC window frames are the same.

Well, seller got back to me with answers!
He said the frame will need rechroming, but needs straightening first.
It is also pick up only as he is not willing to wrap it, and he lives in……Edinburgh!
