Is my old Lotus Yellow Elan Coupe still around, back in the 80's I fitted a new chassis and had the engine rebuilt. Sold it to Bodo Linnhoff who then did a lot of further upgrades to it and then raced it. He won quite a few races in it. I have some photos of the restoration / chassis change and of Bodo racing it. If the owner now get's in touch I can scan the photos and send them on.
Don't remember the chassis number, sorry. Just the UK registration was UAB 100F
Cheers,
Paul.

Paul, all I can tell you is as follows:
UAB 100F
Date of Registration 8 May 1968
Place of Registration Worcester
Last Known Colour Yellow
Last MoT Expired 8 September 2009
Mileage at Last MoT 26,125
MoT History To 2005
Last Tax Expired 1 September 2009
Last V5 Issued 14 September 2004

It would therefore appear that the car has been off the road, stored or sold abroad in the last 11 years.

Hi Paul, the car looks great and that's a fantastic 'in period' pic to have of it next to the old stands and buildings - is that Goodwood?
