This car was exhibited at the 1967 Toronto Motor-show.

It left the newly opened Hethel factory almost exactly this time of year in 1966.

It was sold in March 1967 to Larry Ellis of Toronto.

Hi Tim, The Elan was purchased by me from the Coventry Motors / Sports Cars Unlimited dealership at the Toronto International Auto Show in March 1967, and I brought it home here in London, Ontario.. It was featured in the Canada Track & Traffic magazine that Spring. I sold it to Larry Ellis of Waterloo in the early 1990's.
Sure wish I had it back!
