Salut Greg
I believe so, BUT the difficult and hence expensive bits to find are the bell housing and tail piece. Expensive means ?750 or even more !! The 'box itself goes for around ?200/?250 in good condition and not many of them are.
The later 5-speed Eclats had a Getrag 'box - not Elan compatible as there are no TC bell housings and I don't know if it would fit anyway.

I spent time and money altering the gear-lever position and the tail housing to emulate the four speed box....even sourced the right bell-housing....all was fine but the tail housing mounting would not physically fit into the chassis spine....and by that time had enough.
