Help identify mysterious window sticker

Hello, if you focus your attention to the bottom of the front windscreen, in the middle you might see the shadow of a sticker.

What sticker is that? I might have seen somewhere something that make me think it could be a sticker stating it is laminated glass..

Do you confirm? And then where could i get one?!

According to the overall colour seen in the original pic, it is not the black sticker for sure.

Now it could be the yellow one but it seems to refer to US regulations???

How about these on a replacement windscreen purchased for my S2 from Speedy Auto Glass in Toronto in about 1980. With the Royal Doulton name I have never removed them.
