Looks to me like Neil Myers bought the car off Paul Clugston and now hopes to make a turn selling it on.

How can one proceed in the past?
I wonder how the seller established the bore diameter as he says its is still standard size.
eBay are coy in their wording, 'No questions or answers have been posted', There might have been dozens of questions but the seller only has to show them if they choose. In fact they can give different answers to the inquirers even if the questions are similar, its all part of the fun.
