Burton timing chests with removable pump module

Hello Gentlemen,
I would be very grateful if owners who have fitted the after market timing chest with the removable water pump module would tell me of their installation and running experiences. Perhaps I should say I have nothing against fitting them but because I have no first hand experience of them I am trying to get some through the owners who have that experience. I have been told that sealing is a problem and that removal for pump replacement is not always easy.
