Awful colour scheme, can't think why anyone would pick that.
Kindest regards

South east of france, we call it the french riviera. Nice and sunny!
I looove that colour that makes me think of a Mojito drink!!! (spyder must agree!)
It is its original colour said T Harvey, the Lotus priest archivist!
My wife who do not look exactly like emma peel, do like the car!

As a real pedantic anorak, I have to point out that, as your Sprint was first registered in October 1972, it is highly unlikely that it left the factory with the 1972 Constructors Championship badge. Whilst there is no date after which all badges showed the 1972 win, only few of the later (1973) Sprints appear to have had the new badge fitted. (8 Oct 72 was the final - US - grand prix of that season).
Knowing Lotus at that time, they would have ensured that the 1970 batch of badges would have all been used up before they began to use the 1972 winners badge.
Having said that, I do appreciate your sentiment in celebrating yet another Constructors Championship win by Lotus in the same year as your car left Hethel. Your Sprint looks great and I hope that you enjoy it very much.

OK, they are talking about the vertical surface at the bottom of the car below the side sills.
