Rebirth of ENO 544G

These photos were taken today after my first test run around the block. ENO 544G has finally moved under it's own steam again. Just a few minor issues, speedo eratic, brakes need another round of bleeding & a noise from the front right wheel when turning left. All other items seem to be working as they should.
Need to check things over again & take it in to have the wheels balanced on the car at a local tyre shop.
Don't normally care about custom plates but I couldn't resist the temptation to get the same as the original registration when I had the car in the UK.

Is that factory spec colorado orange, or a special blend? Either way I love it. Any chance of a pic with bonnet on?

Could even be Bahama yellow as the pictures look quite warm in colour.
Lovely job Keith. First time I have seen a custom plate that made sense to own! Great idea.
Enjoy

It is Bahama Yellow which is the original colour of the car.
We are going to get rain here for the next few days so taking a photo with the bonnet on will have to wait, but I will post one & some interior shots later.

Looking really lovely Keith....and I'm guessing it's Bahama Yellow as well.
We have cousins, or more probably, 2nd cousins twice removed...from a different branch of the family. Here's my Escort Twincam....another ENO...G.

Some more pics of the car with the bonnet attached. Door trim panels still not on due to ongoing work making adjustments to the door fit (what a terible job that is).
Dash was reveneered & finished by me, all you see on the dash is original except for the choke & heater chrome pocket thingies which were too badly pitted to rechrome.
I finally found some carpet in the US which was a loop pile & where the pile was inline & not random. It's not quite as large a loop as the original but it is a loop & not a cut pile.
Seats are original & in good condition & the seat belts are to the original spec with Kangol magnetic latches.
