S3 Elan Basket case for sale

Well, I have the Elan here now, Foolow S32 5PZ. It has an old V5 reg. doc. with a chassis/frame no. 7020 engine no. LP11010LBA. Does that mean anything to anyone?
The holes in the bonnet were where the owner began drilling the ends of star cracks. He bought the car from a friend in 1979 but laid the car up in 1980 when he began working abroad so it`s had 1 owner for 33 years. He believes the mileage of 67,000 to be genuine. There`s no mention of it being an S/E on the V5 and has bolt on wheels so it probably isn`t.
The brakes are free and the wheels turn OK, it`s survived bouncing on a trailer for 2 hours so that`s good. I haven`t unloaded it yet so I`ll probably know more tomorrow, can`t wait.

Anyone know what happened to this car or if it's still up for sale?

Yes, it was sold. A chap from Kent, an engineer with previous restoration experience who`d been looking for an Elan for a while. Clearly he has lots of hands on experience and nearing retirement, he was soon to be working only 3 days a week. Perfect.
