Racing Elan photos.

I've posted a few photos of Elans racing in the "Racing" section but I wonder if we should have a separate thread for racing photos here, rather than impinge on the wise words. Any opinions?

This was at the Oulton Park Gold Cup August 2011.

I've never seen the white one with the orange stripe at Oulton before; do you know anything about it?

Hi Pete
It was driven by Vicky and Bob Brooks of Brooks transport in Essex.

It is an S1 GTS car. Really nicely prepared. It broke a diff output shaft in its second race.

btw, the forum software does not seem to handle B&W photos too well; all these recent posts are sharp, prior to posting here. :twisted:

I think it is the Harrington fastback version of the Sunbeam Tiger in the rear of the photo. Like Greg, I'm stumped on the other one!
