Looking for a previously owned S3 Elan reg OUK 567F

Last time I looked a few years ago the elan was not registered on the DVLA site as being on the road. Looks like someone has done some work on it and is now using it. Anyone know of it? Would love to get in contact with the present owner. A pic enclosed of it in the 1970's.
