Elan wanted and information on a previously owned s3 elan

Hi all, I have just joined the forum on 2 accounts. The first being that after a nearly 30 year break from owning a lotus elan I would like to return to the fold and buy an s3 or s4 baby elan preferably a dhc. Work not objected to but would prefer a mainly complete car. Don't mind it in bits or even accident damaged.
I would also like to track down an s3elan that I owned in the 1970's and changed a head gasket on in Austria on Honeymoon. It still comes up in conversations to this day.
According to DVLA it was last on the road in the early 1990's. The registration is OUK 567F. I would love to buy this elan back, restore and repeat the trip to Austria without breaking down!!! Thanks for reading and for any help.

Took me back to an ill-fated romantic holiday of mine in the '70s involving a Lotus Cortina and a cracked head....not easily forgotten. Where is she now I wonder? (no, not the car)

It's definitely an ill-fated romance if she ended up with a cracked head. It sounds like the car was ok, though, which is good.
