What size trailer for Elan?

Hi,

I need to pick up an Elan but not sure what size trailer I need to rent, I know its only a small wheel base but wondered if anyone knows the exact dimensions?

From the workshop manual.

Wheelbase: 2134cm, 84 inches
Trac: 1230cm, 48 inches
Body length: 3683cm, 145 inches
Body width: 1422cm, 56 inches
Body height: 1150cm, 45 inches
Ground clearance: 152cm, 6 inches

Hi Rob,

Too busy and just back from the US.

Plus 2's got its MOT and is on the road. Phew !!! Still a few minor things to sort out (leaks mainly ! It's still a real Lotus)
Probably will go to Stoneleigh, it's only up the road. It's on the 13th Nov IIRC
