Why on earth would anyone put that on their car (any make!) neither one thing or another.

I just love the sense of humour & if I was fortunate enough to also own an MX5 I'd put one on just for a laugh.
Hey but the price isn't too bad; maybe they could start making Lotus Badges.

I think once Lotus find out they may get a letter from their solicitors. I'm fairly sure the shape in the badge and maybe the colours are copyright to them.
Would not like to have spent the money on making them up only not to be able to sell them - potential ouch!

I have seen a similar one that says Mazda, which works better for UK owners where the Miata is known as the MX5.
Personally I like this one better
