wee car won a prize!!

PostPost by: alexblack13 » Mon Jun 22, 2009 9:15 pm

It got third prize at a local classic car show at Lathalmond, Fife. Not bad I thought.1000mls under its belt now. Still to do the wheels and redo the 'sprint' stripe.

6 weeks since my bypass op and I still hurt like hell. Laughing is ok though. Keep the humour coming.

Glad to see you up and running again Alex and winning prizes as well.
Good morale booster that one. Take care and time to recover (I know it's hard to hold down a real Fifer :) !!!!)

Well done Alex...got to aim for the first now!!

And remember, Ranulph Fiennes ran 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days within months of his bypass operation....and then went on to climb Everest at 63!! It's just the beginning......

Thanks Guys,
I do have some pics but they are a bit big. My norm' resizing method does not work with Vista. I will post a few when I get this sorted.

OP report >>>> The bad bits ARE fading in my memory. I recon' the surgeon's fingerprints are now wearing off. But I wont rush to do it again though. Thanks to you all, you have without doubt helped speed up my recovery. :D :D :D
