1972 Lotus Elan BDG

PostPost by: 2sheds » Sun Oct 26, 2008 7:42 pm

Here is my Elan that I have spent the past 4 years getting to the way I have always wanted. We are now not far off completion.

Just found that I need to wait for a couple of days and write a few posts before I can upload my photos.

Two sheds? must be one for the Lotus, sofa, telly and kettle, and one for the mower.

On another forum I contribute to, there is currently a thread where members are posting pictures of their garages/sheds. It is most illuminating! From the impeccably presented, operating theatre-like to the downright messy. Some are rather basic; others have the most amazing kit in them. They are all testimony to our love of tinkering with things mechanical though!

I know this is rather off topic, but I thought it might be a helpful way for 2sheds to fill in his time waiting to be 'admitted'! So, anyone going to flash their garage on here?

That's because it's bleedin' well dead, it is no more, it's gone to meet....

No, we're going to have to stop this...it's getting silly. OOppps

Come on, 2sheds, put some piccies up. We all know a BD doesn't fit into a Plus 2. You'll just have to show us some pictures of a nice original engine bay like mine.

And I thought I was the only BD in the village........
