Missing Page

After 35 years I've just discovered that page 45/46 is missing from the Electrical Equipment section of my Elan Workshop Manual (Pt No X036T0327Z October 1972 edition). It's the page dealing with Control Box adjustment.
If some kind soul could scan it and E-mail it to me I would be most grateful.
