any Elan owners in the Davidson NC area?

I am interested in buying an Elan and would like to talk to someone in my area that drives one.

I have seen a couple in passing but have not talked to anyone and do not know if they are in this forum.

It appears to be another fake Elan on ebay. Buy it now for $7,500. They just want your email address. Don't get sucked into it. Be very carefull.
They usually get pulled off ebay after a few hours.

I just helped a friend of mine buy one out of Durham, an S3 coupe. We had it sent over to a shop called 'flying circus', and we thought the world of them. Very attentive. Maybe they could eventually do a PPI for you, too. Also, maybe they know some local elan owners....

Ashley - I will be moving back to North Carolina in October, moving from Switzerland. I'll be south of Asheville in Tryon/Columbus. Elan should be there within a month or two.
