get togethers for elan owners WITH their elans!

Apologies if this has been raised previously in which case I've missed out.

Any owners within the Merseyside vicinity. There used to be around 15 but the last time I saw an elan on the road in Liverpool was about 8 years back.

Anybody interested in an informal (irregular) meet up but- with their elans. Sorry if I'm treading on the toes of local Club Lotus but does anybody actually use these cars? On the rare occasions I've attended the answer seems to be "rarely". Even diehard regulars to these local meetings report never (or seldom) seeing elans in any number.

Nothing against the more modern Lotus but it might make a pleasant change to see the older variants too.
