Will an Series 3 hartop fit a Series 1 ??

Hi Jeff,
I don't believe so. The window openings are a different shape and the S3 has window frames, the S1 doesn't. Also they are shown as two different parts in the Dave Bean cataloge.

Steve is correct.
The soft tops are not interchangeable either, same reason, the window cutouts are different.

Hi,
Not likley to happen as the hartop is designed to dove-tail into the mounting arangment of cantrails and soft top which are unique to the type 26 series cars. ( a-pilar, bobin and tenax at the c-pilar and lastly the trunk hardware).

S3 has frames around the windows on the doors, S1 does not...
