Hi Brian,

when David (BMW) took on Goliath (Rover) we gave every member of the power train quality dept a free copy of:-
"World Class Quality", the 'Bible' by Keki R.Bhote to read & inwardly digest.
Seemed to fall on stony ground though. :roll:
That whole episode was a fiasco that never should have happened :cry:
