Spent yesterday going through buckets full of bits. Catalogued it all & photographed them. Numbered the buckets so I now know what is where. Can already see some parts missing which is a bit of a pest but not entirely unexpected.. Also came across some random bits. A halogen headlight, Landrover clutch release fork, motorcycle brake/clutch lever etc…

Managed to catch up on jobs so got a few hours to try & make some progress. Not a fan of bending over or crawling on the floor so a couple of benches make things much easier fer sure!
Anyway, getting splinters under my finger nails from scratching my head trying to figure out the front to rear brake pipe route. Obviously needs to clear the propshaft & handbrake cable but can’t see an obvious route for it to take. Sorry about the rubbish photo.. Any suggestions?
Many thanks all!

Hi for rhd car it runs down inside the chassis from in front of engine mount down and run on the underside of the chassis spine, you will see tabs to secure the pipe, at rear it pops through hole on rhs and goes up underside of rhs chassis panel.to a three way fitting.
I can share pictures as I recently made brake lines for a car I’m working on.

Hi Vaughn, thanks for that! Think I have figured it out. All good fun when you have no old pipes for reference. Another member of the group dropped me a message with a YouTube vid for a LHD car. Gave me a fair idea of where things went. Be interesting to see where you routed your pipe work though.
