Here's a Federal Sprint. The 'Brakes' label covers both 'fail' and 'park'. The 'fail' would light if the fluid
ran low, and the 'park' light would light when the handbrake is on.

I have five on the bottom row, L-R: Headlamps, Window, Hazard, Window, Fan.

Yes, 5 on the + 2 but not the Sprint.
