Is this "elephant hyde"?

While looking around for "Wilton carpet" I found on a related page something that looks like the textured vinyl my S2 needs, called RM48:

Wouldn't Toad skin be more appropriate? Frogs are smooth skinned.... :lol:

This might help. It's a pic of the "genuine" replacement hide from America. Looks identical to the stuff that was fitted to my first S2 I had in 1968
