Leftover Brackets ?

Does anyone recognize these brackets? I believe that they came with my Federal S4.

Possibly rear exhaust muffler brackets that likely mount to the underside of the boot floor. If so, I don't need them for now as I have installed a Sprint muffler with different mounts.
