A photo of Hendrix and his(?) Elan appears in the Daily Mail TV guide (Weekend Magazine) for today Wed 22Aug, Someone has painted the headlights black, Just thought it was worth a mention.

Noel Redding, the bass player and occasional lead singer for the Jimi Hendrix Experience, owned the Elan Jimi Hendrix is iconically pictured on.

This photo was also available as a large poster.
i have one framed, and one in a flat file.
These were available from Richard Kemp, many years ago.

I wouldn't.

I wonder too if that car is still around, where it is, what shape it's in, etc.

Interesting too how the picture really accentuates how long and tall Jimi was, and/or how small the car is! :mrgreen:

That’s a cool photo of Jimmy looking over the twin cam. Would be a conversation piece in anyone’s garage.
