howdy - i'm sure you'd like to see what my Elan looked like before I started the 4 year restoration.
have a look at the ugly body work up front - the original body finally was cut apart and fed to a big bin!

Ahh, but in 1981 we were all 30yrs younger and what looks horrendous now was absolutely perfect back then !

(guilty of fitting corbeau GT4 seats to my elan in the 70s and hacking the floor about to get the sub-frames to fit. 30yrs later I was under the car redressing the butchery....)
