The government enviro nazis have decreed that ' Due to inherent leakage of English cars on public road and carriage ways of the world and said leakage running from the road to the fresh water sewers causing contamination of our fresh water supply ALL british cars ever built will have to have a highly absorbent material installed under said engine / transmission compartment and rear differential area effective immediately [ an automotive diaper if you will ]. In order to protect the environment and preserve the fresh water supply of the world. 'When asked how long this would be in effect the government environmental agent said --'It depends '----ed .
