Elan S1 S2 Coupe Master parts list download?

Searching the forum I can find a reference to a scanned PDF of the Elan S1 S2 Coupe Master parts list (created by M100) and a link to lotusfaq but this seems to be broken. Is this still available for download anywhere? If so, where?
