I think that eBay is going to be your best bet:

If you need US spec with all red lenses, they may be a bit harder to find. There is a bloke in California who breaks Elans and Cortinas, his eBay name is ridgeliven, may be worth looking up. He does know the value of everything!

Wow, something I can actually help with............what do you need? I in the process of digging misc cort parts out of the attic. If I dont have what you need, go to www.lotus-cortina.com and register for our forum list. Many of us are located on the left coast of California and MKII parts are fairly available here. The list is a wonderful source of entertainment and parts.

May I suggest ranchocortina as well. They have a good selection of cortina and other English Ford bits. They seem to be quite reasonable.
