who to use

Hi
I am looking for the collective insight of you all. My car is an S4 1969 which runs but needs some serious work done ie respray, new wiring loom and lots of other bits and pieces but not a "full restauration" job. Most of this work I could do myself but life is too short and I want to enjoy the car so prefer to use an "expert". As I live in luxembourg and choose not to use any of the "europeans" for this work I am looking for suggestions as to who I should go to in uk
