Elan S3 stolen in Denmark

British Racing Green Elan Series 3 stolen in a suburban to Copenhagen last night.

Reg mark XK 52.171

I haven't got all details but will update as soon as I know more. One thing I know is that the former (Swedish) reg mark is engraved in the windows.

The owner, Henning Lorenzen, reckon it has been trailered away as the headlamps refused to pop up and he had fitted immobilising gadgets.

Hopefully it will be recovered in decent shape
I've had the same vehicle, a ratty toyota van
stolen twice in los angeles, I know that feeling
when you come out to your car and its not there....

Hopefully it wasn't trailered and somebody took it for a
joyride and abandonned it in not much worse wear.

The car was located by the danish police today. Someone had a very shot joyride.
