I'm sure many of the FIA' experts ' don't know sh$t from peanut butter when it comes to these cars ----unless one has been armpit deep in one it is difficult to know the difference ----I have heard so many stories about these cars that it was not until I got mine that many myths were dispelled --the side scoops were usually added after the owner discovered the diff scoop worked on the bottom and so they added brake scoops on their own and like all racers others followed suit --mine never had scoops added at the sides --if you want them then add them and plead --safety issue -- --ED

Where do you want to start....
magnesium bellhousing
magnesium diff casing
dual braking with balance bar
rear anti roll bar
adjustable suspension
larger radiator
BRM motor
C/r gearbox
Special splines
Lighter body (by one layer of chop strand)
no popups (S2 versions)
small fuel tank
it goes on.

but general statements about tank size ---bolt on wheels isnt true ----all the cars were modified or ordered with different bits for different tracks and race situations-----mine has a large tank for the sundowner -an enduro here --bolt ons as knock offs were an added cost options and sprint races didnt need speedy tire changes and the original owner could not shift left handed so its l h d -------but its still a 26 R --being a race car when they stopped being competitive they were just put away and ignored ----- ---ed
