Tall block front cover

The tall block front cover assembly comprises a tall front cover and front cover backplate. This matches the deck height of the tall block, but the top should be faced off with the original or any lowered deck height. It avoids the requirement of using a separate spacer strip under the front of the cam cover, a source of oil leaks. The front cover is also manufactured to accept a cartridge water pump assembly, permitting the water pump to be serviced wothout removing the front cover and all the associated hardship that involves.

Burtons are a long established company in England who specialise in Ford type engines. Find then at www.burtonpower.com They also do a very useful hard copy catalogue.
