H/lamp switch

Could anyone provide a supplier for a headlamp "push/pull" switch.

I am converting my original +2 vacuum switch to an electrical only
configuration. The original knob features the headlamp symbol. Is this currently
available?

Does anyone know of a U.S. supplier for a headlamp/side lamp push/pull
switch?

There are several UK vendors. I need one with a 3/8" mounting hole and the
ability to fit 1/2" thick dash.

My +2 is painted. The body is back on the chassis (Spyder) and I am
assembling the car. I will soon be putting the door together. I hope to drive it by
the spring. Its been years and too much money. So it goes.
