Before you offer this service i suggest you take a look at the amount of wear in the photo!!!!!!

Widdup. Note they do hard chrome plating, not decorative, so you will not be
able to have your bumpers done at the same time!

I have not seen the photo, but the process is used for building up a few
thou. I suggest you ask their advice if the wear is greater. They have the
experience know if a repair would be practical.
