2000 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport
2002 Subaru Legacy L SE Wagon (the Lotus & Mini towing vehicle)
1976 Leyland Mini (built to 998 Cooper specs)
1964 Lotus Elan S1 (feverishly awaiting restoration)
It's interesting to see just how many Subaru's are part of this Lotus
Clan.

OK, I was refusing to reply until I saw this one.
I have two Subaru SVX's and considering a third! I will not expand on how
much I like them, trying to keep them a secret.

Both have 160,xxx miles

1988 Mustang GT - 208k miles and rusting through. It's been a great car for
17 years but has been relegated to the beater/grocery/lumber hauler.
1979 Fiat Spider 2000 - I just can't love it, so I will be giving it back to
my brother as a wedding present since his fiancee kind of misses it.
1969 Elan S4 DHC - my toy car and favorite. Tons of smiles every time I
drive it
2002 Corvette Coupe - the highway and long distance car. You can't beat a
$38,500 car (dads $9000 retiree discount, $2000 rebate and 2.9% financing)
that has that much performance, storage and gets close to 30 mpg on the
highway.
1905 Oldsmobile Straight Dash Runabout - strickly speaking My Father's
Oldsmobile, but I need to bring it to my house soon to get it's restoration
going again.
The Fiancee's family's cars:
2003 Ford Focus SVT 3 door - she wanted a fun great handling car that her 3
year old son and I could go places in since I really don't have a good 4
seater.
1969 Alfa Romeo GTA Jr. - well actually it is her dads, but it will someday
be hers since it is her favorite, and it is a permanent part of the family.
1968 Alfa Romeo Roundtail Spider - again her dads car, and it will someday
be her sisters, but we get to drive it when her parents aren't.
2003 Mazda MX-5 Miata - Her dads daily driver, but sometimes we can drive
it.
2003 Ford Escape - her poor mom gets the tow vehicle for the GTA, but since
she would not give up the Alfas she is ok with that. We used it for trips
too.

1968 Elan S4 SE DHC
199? Honda Civic (for shopping)
1993/4? Yamaha FZR1000RU for the daily grind to and from work (I never
exceed 125mph)
PS. Now that I have a daughter christened Kate Elise Adamson, I am
looking for a suitable stablemate for the Elan.
Any suggestions?
Paul Adamson.
PS. The Civic has had a new set of Avon tyres this week and they are -
good.
Does anyone know if they do 155/70T13?

I know there are a few die hards out there that use their Elan every day
.... For those of us that have other cars I would be interested to know
what else you all drive?
<SNIP
1969 Lotus Elan S4 SE (3-10 miles per week, sadly. Was daily driver
10-12 years ago)
2003 Infiniti G35 Sedan 6-speed (daily driver - fast, comfortable,
handles reasonably well)
2004 Nissan Quest (wife's) (slow, huge, carries lots of people and
stuff, handles frighteningly refrigerator-like)
