Lotus Archives Contact

PostPost by: types26/36 » Mon Apr 13, 2009 3:56 pm

Does anyone know who handles the Lotus/Archives/History at the factory these days? a name/email/telephone number would be helpful.
I have decided to repatriate my S2 back to the U.K. and need to get a letter or certificate from Lotus to authenticate its age and conformity to legislation in force at time of manufacture.
This is in order to register with the DVLA for an age related number plate.

I think the contact is now a guy called Andy who is a member on here with username LotusArchives. You should be able to PM him.
Hope this helps.

Hi

I had responses from both of the guys below back in Nov2005

Try them both? Sorry no telephone numbers on their emailed responses.

Roger,Gary and Jason, thanks for the info, I'm sure I can get something sorted from one of them. I think Mike Pomfret helped me a few years ago when I brought the Sprint and Europa into the U.K. although I think he has since moved on.

Andy is the contact now and all enquiries should go to him, although I'm sure Chris would pass any messages on to the correct person if you contacted him.

Mike is now enjoying a well deserved retirement.

Cheers,
Simon
