Club Lotus do not seem to be promoting this, and not answering the 'phone today.

Any advance provisional programme or entry lists out yet ?

Can you gain access to the circuit on the Friday afternoon ?

I will make no comment on Club Lotus.

Donington Park is open every day for museum access and excellent cafe; if you are wanting to camp, I would ring the circuit. There is testing on the circuit on some days but I'm not sure which as there was some trouble with the council again this season.

I can't find an entry list on the EDIT: CSCC Classic and Sports Car Club apologies website yet but entries closed a couple of weeks ago so maybe it is hiding somewhere?

It's a CSCC organised race, so you won't find it on HSCC website. I'm sorry to say that I won't be participating.

Should have been interesting to see what you can do when starting from a better position, not like the Brands Hatch race...

I see there's now a race programme to download from the Donington website,
with both the Elan 50 qualifying and race on the Sunday, but yet to see any entry lists.

Anybody seen one, or know of the Elan entrants ?

I can't find anything but have just e-mailed the Media bloke at Donny; I suspect that it is down to the CSCC rather than Donny.

Dad was there in the still only partly repaired Elan, holding up a solid second last in the Elan race (fastest car with an iron engine) and 11 out of 17 in the scratch race at the end of the day. I wonder if anyone has much photography of it? I will post a Youtube of in car from the race, admittedly not particularly exciting but lots of people over taking him!

Sad demise of Pat Thomas and his 26R on sunday. I believe the trigger wheel disintegrated and cut the oil line. (At least I think that was what he said running past me).
