Rear Shocks

On my Elan I, like many others, use TTR damper inserts at the rear. They operate primarily in rebound mode. Has anyone come up with a soluton that gives adjustable shocks that have more bump than rebound?

I'm working on an idea, but it's not exactly cheap and if there's already a proven idea out there I'd go that route.

Here's hoping that someone has already got it sorted.
