Fuel cell venting

PostPost by: elancoupe » Sat Apr 04, 2009 10:07 pm

How are you guys venting your fuel cell? I have never been happy with my setup, looking to improve.

Feel free to add pics, or words of wisdom. :)

Thanks Rohan. That is much like how mine is set up, but I have not been able to find a suitable valve here in the US. If you have information on the one you use, please pass it along.

As an aside, all the tech info you supply here is appreciated more than you know. :)

The vent valve was supplied by ATL along with the fuel cell. Suggest you contact them and have a look in their catalog page 25 show vent valves. I have "TF210 roll over vent valve"

I used a one-way valve sourced from aircraft spruce on a past race car with no issues - Nice quality - aluminum with AN fittings and nicely anodized .
