Rear susp set up

Could someone tell me the standard set up for the rear suspsension (+2), toe in and camber. Cheers Doug.

Hi Doug,

A quick glance through the worksop manual....didn't tell me!

But I think it's 0 toe in and no camber (i.e. perpendicular to the
road). I'm open to correction!

Mine has 0 toe in, but negative camber....but when full laden with my
100kg bulk, daughter (considerably less than 100kg) and full boot,
goes to positive camber..... with a car this light it's hard to get it
spot on.

Manual states tha the car should:

- be on a perfectly level floor (eeek I live on a hill!)
- Tyres correclt inflated and equal wear
- Front Hubs have teh correct float (for setting up front susp.)
- etc. etc. etc.
- Loaded as follows:
- Front seats 76.2kg each seat (that's me messed up then....)
- Rear seats 36.3kg each
- Boot 32.6kg
- Fuel tank 22.7kg = 5 UK gallons

This suppusedly gives 6 1/2 optimistic inches ground clearance...

Lots of additional instructions left out....

Well spotted Brain....must be getting older than I thought...Looked at that
page before replying and somehow didn't see it....but then it was hidden
right in front of my eyes....... :)

Any idea how toe-in at the rear is achieved on the standard set-up? As far as know the pivots on A-frames are parallel, which will always give zero toe-in. Having said that, I notice Spyder now offer A-frames which adjust for toe-in. How much difference does toe-in make to handling? I measured it, and my plus 2 is exactly zero rear toe-in as expected.
