Does a TTR 26R chassis need further strengthening?

Following this thread to a conclusion.....
I welded on the engine mounts nuts and spent some time deciding on a paint finish.
I decided to call the various paint manufacturers themselves and see what type of products they recommended.
I chose to go with a tri-coat system by Akzo Nobel, distributed by Chromadex
The layers are
Zinc Primer PZ660 green cured
Epoxy Primer BPP600 green cured
Top coat polyester RAL 7012 Gloss
I got all the spare powder and if touch ups are needed you mix Rustin?s Metal lacquer and top coat powder
I'm very happy with the finish.
Although there's nothing attached it feels like the start of the job.
