FIA papers for S1 - period wheels

Hi
I think that under FIA and HSCC regs the brake balance is not allowed to be adjusted when driving therefore you have to either put the adjuster where you cannot reach it when belted in or remove the adjuster control knob before racing.

i too am building an FIA S1 so am having the same problems with wheels -how did you manage to get 5" rims approved? - appendix K states only 5.5" or 4.5" minilites
He said anything smaller than max permitted in App K would be fine.
